Our traditional dill pickles with added Ghost Peppers for heat.
Peppers are rated by Scoville Heat Units (SHU), which measures the amount of capsaicin present in the pepper. The higher the rating, the hotter the pepper!
Pepper Scoville Ratings:
- Jalapeño – 2,500 to 8,000 SHU
- Thai Chili – 50,000 to 100,000 SHU
- Habanero – 100,000 to 350,000 SHU
- Ghost– 855,000 to 1,450,000 SHU
- Scorpion– 1,500,000 to 2,000,000 SHU
- Carolina Reaper – 2,000,000 to 2,200,000 SHU
